Who's this Craig Harper?

 

Craig is probably Australia’s most experienced Personal Trainer, having personally completed over forty thousand training sessions since 1987 and is recognised as one of Australia’s leading health and fitness educators and motivators.

 

A qualified Exercise Scientist, Craig works on Melbourne radio, is a lifestyle coach on Australia’s Biggest Loser,  and appears regularly on Channel Ten’s 9AM as a health and fitness commentator.

 

Having been an obese teenager (90kg at fourteen), Craig understands the practical issues, the physical challenges and the emotional hurdles that need to be negotiated as we endeavour to create our ‘best’ body.

Unlike your chronological age (the number of years you’ve been on the planet) a biological age test determines your body’s actual biological age when compared with standard biological age markers of the general population).

E.g. In a recent test, Jan Frazer, who has a chronological age (the number of years she’s been on the planet) of 67 did a biological age test which showed she has the body of a 37 year old female. Pretty Impressive!
